PLANT MANAGER REQUIRED
A cosmetics & toiletries Company based in Karachi requires a Plant Manager who will be responsible tor general supervision of all phases of plant operations including: production, quality control, maintenance, receiving and shipping. Responsibilities also include recruiting, hiring and training personnel and facility / physical plant up-keep. In addition, the Plant Manager will be responsible for annual budget planning and execution and will work closely with the production team to increase productivity and profitability within the manufacturing operation of the company.
This person must be M.Sc. Chemistry with MBA and should have at least 7 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
