BM production unit was established in the year 1984 at the 2nd biggest metropolis of Pakistan i.e. Lahore. It is spread over the area of 15 thousand square meters. In BM project all the products are manufactured strictly according to the German, British, United States, French, Indian & Pakistan Homoeopathic pharmacopeias. For each product line & length, the manufacturing standards (SOP’s) have been developed & strictly followed.
- Product costing.
- Preparation of the monthly statement of income tax deduction employees & forward to Accounts Department for payment of Challan.
- Finalize monthly statement of income tax deducted from suppliers & employees to CPR No. for submission to income tax department.
- Preparation of monthly sales tax return of the company.
- After payment of monthly sales tax challan, proceed for monthly sales tax return.
- Preparation of monthly return along with contribution schedule and other documentation for Labor Department i.e. EOBI, PESSI, etc.
- Monthly audit of Accounts Department area wise.
- Monthly random verification of all types of vouchers, general vouchers, bank reconciliation, bank payments and cash payments.
- Monthly raw material / finished stock audit of the company.
- Preparation of monthly vehicles reports and comparison of vehicles of the company.
- Preparation of Management account.
- Annual audit report for recovery & sales & other reports.
- Annual balance confirmation from parties.
- Finalize the annual statement of Income Tax deduction from the suppliers & employees.
- Preparation and submission, Final Accounts of the Companies.
- Preparation of quarterly income tax returns of the company.
- Preparation & submission of annual income tax returns of Director’s personal Income Tax & Wealth reconciliation statements.
- Preparation of documents regarding Corporate Matters and as pre requirements of financial institutions.
