We are one of the leading organization manufacturing Natural Homoeopathic medicines under the name and style of BM Private Limited. where “B” stands for “Best” & “M” stands for “Medicated”. BM production unit was established in the year 1984 at the 2nd biggest metropolis of Pakistan i.e. Lahore. It is spread over the area of 15 thousand square meters. In BM project all the products are manufactured strictly according to the German, British, United States, French, Indian & Pakistan Homoeopathic pharmacopeias. For each product line & length, the manufacturing standards (SOP’s) have been developed & strictly followed.
- To develop the Mother Tincture SOP’s according to Homoeopathic pharmacopeias and other related references/books.
- To prepare the reagents in Q.C lab as per BP/USP reference.
- To gather observation for the improvement of products as a result of product stability analysis.
- Responsible for any change with the assistance of RDO made in packaging material being used in production.
- To maintain the finished products reference samples for the remedy of market complaints & for stability testing.
- Development of monographs & SOP’s.
- Compilation of clinical trial studies.
- Development of testing protocols of medicinal herbs and revalidation of the same.
- To carry out the incoming inspection / testing of chemicals / raw materials / herbs / animals etc. as per pharmacopeia & source specification.
- To carry out in-process testing from Drops, Syrups, Mother Tinctures, Tablet, Specialties etc.
- To prepare the reagents in Q.C lab as per BP/USP etc.
- To carry out the distillation process of rectified spirit received from Sale Return / Q.C department during the testing process.
- To carry out the distillation process of water in Q.C Lab.
- To carry out the testing of purified water from RO plants & maintain its record with the coordination of operation department.
- To prepare the product conformance data report & data analysis detail report for MR meeting after three months.
- Calibration of pH meters & moisture analyzer on monthly basis.
- Keep watching the purified water plant (RO) with the assistance of operation dept.
- Development of testing protocol of medical herbs and revalidation of the same if it is not found in the reference books.
