Manager Human Resource (Based in Islamabad)
The incumbent will work as a strategic partner of AKHS,P ami will be responsible for leading an effective workforce planning and resourcing, developing and maintaining a human resource information system, developing policies and procedures, implementing the approved compensation and benefits strategies ami systems, facilitating training and development activities across the organisation, reviewing performance management systems, developing effective employee relations, feedback mechanism, inducting quality HR, implementing HR best practices and achieving strategic objectives of HR department, which are aligned with AKHS,P objectives. S/He should be MBA in HRM with at least 7-8 years of relevant experience and should have good interpersonal, communication, analytical, leadership, presentation skills and should have excellent MS Office skills.
