Qualification & Experience: Masters / Bachelors in HR, with 6 – 8years of relevant experience in HR & Trainings.
• Look after specific HR products and supporting processes such as Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations and assist senior management to drive the processes smoothly.
• Coaching and development of line managers about HR policies and processes
• Manage Employee Relations
• Partner with operations and HRBP to continually diagnose patterns and trends in business and regularly coaching and mentoring HR team.
