UNICA Operations Executive

Location: Islamabad

Responsibilities:

Daily Monitoring of UNICA Campaigns including all Technical and business evaluation and trend analysis
Escalations and Notifications
To continuously monitor the UNICA Campaigns, Related JAVA Applications, escalate & notify in case of any observed issue.
Co-ordinate with vendors and UNICA Campaigns processing and reconciliation
Designing new UNICA Campaigns as per data quality check
Auto Scheduling of UNICA Campaigns
To ensure maximum output of data by using less hardware resources so that other users will be able to perform their day to day business in an efficient way.
Perform backup both test/prod catalogs periodically
Perform catalogs updates with new table and ensure they are first added in test catalog and then in production.
Monitor the flowcharts are configured properly.
Monitor flowchart runs.
Diagnose flowchart errors and warnings and provide solution by working with team and through raising Problem Management Report (PMR).
