About 57% (over 100 million) of Pakistan’s population is below 25 years of age, making Pakistan one of the youngest populations in the world. Within this population, those aged between 15 to 35 account for almost 37% or 66 million people. The Hunar Foundation (THF) is a non-profit organization that provides school-leavers and other young adults with international standard vocational training that meets the expectations of the market, leading to employment or small business creation. THF is looking to fill the following positions at the Corporate Office in Karachi with energetic and self-motivated individuals with a passion for education and social change.
1. Senior Manager: Finance (ACCA/ACA/ICAP/CIMA Qualified)
- Oversee the management and coordination of all finance and accounting activities including: reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of contract/grant budgets; investment of surplus funds
- Ensure proper reporting systems and that systems and procedures are properly implemented
- Ensure full compliance with Corporate Government requirements
