The ideal candidate should
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Have at least 4 – 5 years of relevant experience
Job Description
- Execute regional reporting on daily basis according to agreed formats
- Perform analysis of Sales KPIs
- Monitor growth at regional and franchise levels on month-to-month and year-to-year basis
- Perform analysis on regional infringement of SIMs and scratch cards
- Responsible for daily primary stock lifting on forward locking basis
- Responsible for verification of staff commissioning and visibility to sales team
- Ensure timely target allocation of all sales KPIs and monitor shared KPI’s
- Call sites planning, prepare business cases, and ensure follow-up till the execution of proposed cell sites
- Plan quarterly franchise induction
- Plan to achieve the targets for all Sales KPI @ regional level
- Ensure 100% accuracy of stock order processing
- Monitor supply chain process from payments till the delivery of stock
- Ensure postpaid pending file clearance
- Ensure in-time recovery of counter receivables and credit stock from franchises
