MDM IT Expert

Eligibility Criteria (Education/Experience/ Certifications): Education:
ACCA,BBA/ MBA IT or Finance, CA Part Qualified, Master’s degree with experience in Master Data Management
Goals:
1. Coordination with IT dept. & other stakeholders on behalf of GMDM.
2. Extract the data based on the agreed pattern and perform analysis
3. Perform a root cause analysis and advises on data harmonization and data standardization efforts.
4. Developing & implementing of new reporting requirements from different systems like oracle.
5. Evaluate and design optimal MDM systems through process improvements.
6. Evaluate standard/global set up of existing companies
7. Perform analyses and recommend process improvements for the MDM area regarding use of MDM tools
8. Coordinate & implement clean up- activities of all the segments of MDM.
9. Follow the Customer centric approach & ensure the customer satisfaction by working closely with them.
10. Providing support to customer as functional consultant on behalf of GMDM.
11. All customer queries / requests are answered / resolved within the escalation time lines.

Your typical day at work: 12. Contribute in the technical analyses of process improvements by evaluating new/existing tools
13. Work as Oracle Technical support resource in GMDM.
14. Coordination with IT dept. & different IT vendors & other stakeholders on behalf of GMDM.
15. Perform a root cause analysis and advises on data harmonization and data standardization efforts.
16. Developing & implementing of new reporting requirements from different systems like oracle.
17. Coordinate & implement clean up- activities of all the segments of MDM.
18. Take individual responsibility for developing the culture within the team and align with the overall culture of the Shared Service Centre.
19. Ensure that all reporting/process deadlines are met successfully
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
1. Deep understranding of oracle & should have been involved in oracle implementations.
2. Performance Management (SLAs, KPIs etc.)
3. Project Management
4. Presentation and Interpersonal Skills
5. Ability to identify customers’ requirements correctly, exceed customer expectations and acts proactively for ensuring customers’ satisfaction;
6. Must provide and promote quality client service;and
7. Ability to work in a challenging environment with cultural differences and long distance communication lines
