The Role

• Analyse and interpret accounting and financial data to produce reports and presentations
• Produce operational and financial performance reports
• Compile and distribute periodical productivity reports
• Conducting productivity variance analyses
• Assist in all stages leading to the preparation of all monthly financial reporting and analysis.
• Manages the budgeting and forecasting process in the Resort
• Other general finance and accounting duties

The Person

• Degree in Business, Finance or Hospitality
• Previous Financial/Operational experience within a large business
• Competent in Microsoft. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills
• Preferably knowledge of either Hyperion/Essbase Planning, Microsoft Access, Sun or Opera
