Zamil Operations & Maintenance Co., Ltd is looking for qualified candidates with Transferable Iqama for the following vacancies:

– CITY CUSTOMER MANAGER (MAKKAH)
– CITY CUSTOMER MANAGER (TAIF)

Missions Required:
He will be responsible as project manager of the support of performance optimization of customer service on the perimeter of his city and of the implementation and follow up of customer's database and satisfaction as well.
He will provide professional monitoring on each customer services project on the perimeter of the holy city of Makkah or the city of Taif.

Activities Required:

– He contributes to Performance Optimization (measured via BoD KPIs)
– Revenue Optimization (Meter Reading and Billing Process, Environmental Violation, House Connections Fees, Filling Stations)
– Cash collection (focus on commercial customers)
– Environmental violations detection and registration.
– Wastewater House Connection (on customers request, and/or included in network extension/refurbishment projects)
– He contributes to customer services main projects implementation.
– He contributes to enhance customer database and satisfaction on the perimeter of his city.
– He manages the team to support projects on his city.
– He reports to the customer services manager.

Qualification Required:

– Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
– Candidates who possess Professional Certificate specialized in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) would be an advantage.

Experience Required:

– Five (5) years in customers services with project management experience.
– Significant experience in monitoring all the customers services fields (water mater, connections, billing claims)

– Team managerial skills.
– Knowledge in project management.
– Inter-personal skills.
– Effective communication and strong negotiation.
– Hard-working and dynamic.

Language Proficiency:

– Fluent in written and spoken Arabic & English.
