We are Human Resources Services provider to Oil & Gas Sector clients. We urgently seek energetic individuals having requisite qualification / experience for following positions at Karachi Office:
TELECOM ANALYST
Essential Profile:
– Must be holder of valid Radio Operator certificate (GMDSS).
– Minimum 3-years communication experience of Oil / Gas industry.
– Must be well versed in English and computer literacy.
Responsibilities:
– Keeping continuous radio-watch with the field locations. Responding to emergency calls / taking appropriate actions (HSES procedures).
– Coordinating installation / mobilization and demobilization of HF, VHF and voice setup in the remote locations.
– Sending / receiving faxes / keeping log of all outgoing faxes.
– Weekly EMT test calls to its members.
– Attending EPABX switch-board during the off-hours, taking down the messages,
– ALCATEL PABX Administration.
– Updating inventory periodically.
– Keeping track of all communication equipment movements.
– Processing of call logging of all clients on monthly basis.
– Recording of Important news relating to client, whenever required/requested.
– PA (Public Address) system is also handled by the duty Telecom Analyst.
– Fire Alarm, Protector-wire alarms are also monitored & reported to IMS/Fire.
– Network monitoring through NMS and notifying the respective personnel.
– Support for land lines, satellite mobiles and mobile phones.
– Setting up of ECR & alternate ECR communication.
