CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Organize and assist assigned shift in order to carry out production plans within the agreed time schedule, defined quality standards & budgetary controls. Control and motivate staff to operate efficiently within defined safety and quality standards.
ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Diploma in dairy / food technology.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
3-5 year experience in supervisory position in dairy or food environment.

– Exposure to hygiene standard.
– Flexible in nature.
– Strong compliance in rules and regulation.
– Team player.
