Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage Operational tasks related to Cisco IP Telephony,
  • Manage operation Cisco Contact Center.
  • Manage Routing between regional office and branch offices and monitor connectivity between all offices.
  • Manage LAN network in all offices.
  • Manage and operate wireless devices in all offices.
  • Manage operational security devices and apply security according to the requirement.
  • Monitoring of MIS Network and meeting defined Uptime for IP Telephony, UCCX and Enterprise Data Network.
  • Follow up with technical teams for network connectivity related issues.
  • Coordination with Vendors for operational support.
  • Troubleshoot daily routine problems in given time.
  • Taking care of all matters related to LAN/WLAN/ WAN.

Essential Skills

  • Effective Problem Solving Skills
  • Understanding of Network Security technologies and Routing Protocols.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring Cisco ASA Firewall

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of Cisco Voice.
  • Routing & Switching.
  • Cisco Firewalls and VPN.
