Under the special initiative of the Chief Minister of Punjab, the Government of Punjab has established the Punjab Saaf Pani Company (PSPC) with a mandate to develop, design, plan and execute projects for providing safe drinking water solutions, prioritizing underserved areas, especially in rural and peri-urban areas of the province.
The PSPC was incorporated in March, 2014 under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, and is currently in the process of planning and designing projects in the province. The process involves various technically feasible, socially acceptable and financially viable water supply solutions, depending on the nature and level of brackishness and contamination in the worst affected areas of the province. Keeping in view the deteriorating situation of water quality, the unique feature of this program is that it is being executed on war footings with a participatory approach with the end users and other stakeholders. Minimum University Post Graduate/ Masters Degree/ MBA from a reputable Institution in Pakistan or at least 16 of Academic Education from a reputable Foreign University.
Must have at least 12-15 years of leadership experience in the HR & Admin field and have previously led the HR & Admin Function of a large public/ private sector or multinational organizatio. Hands on experience of using technical HR and IT Tools: HRMS/ ERP Solutions (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc), Job Analysis and Job Evaluation Systems, Psychometric/ Psychological Testing. Exposure of working overseas/ internationally in best practices environments as well as experience in the public sector of Pakistan is desireable. Strategic and developmental supervision of support services like HR, Admin and IT in a public or private sector environment from your past experiences. Preparation RFPs/ EOIs for out-sourcing/ hiring of various services in your current or previous roles would be an advantage.
