Job Description
- Build and integrate interactive Web sites, applications, and services for both internal and public sites.
- Candidate’s role is to make it work, which means developing Web applications and testing them on various browsers, enhancing and modifying them as necessary to ensure the best experience for the user.
- As a web/application developer, you might also develop websites, design data- driven applications, and find efficient client- server solutions
- Code and develop computer programs and gain understanding of the whole applications and their interfaces, both in its technical and business aspects.
Should also maintain applications systems documentation and capture software requirements. - Participate in all phases of system development. I.e. study, analysis, design, development, and implementation.
- Develop excellent understanding of Data Modeling and Data Analysis Techniques, and should apply them
- Works collaboratively and professionally with cross functional teams to achieve goals. Be a team player.
- Demonstrate mastery of relevant software engineering tools (configuration management systems, build processes, debuggers, emulators, simulators and logic analyzers)
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2- 4 years of software development/engineering experience
Be proficient in using the dynamic programming tools and languages that fuel the Web. - In- depth Knowledge and fluent coding abilities in CSS/CSS3, HTML/HTML5, AJAX , XML/XSL/XSLT, JavaScript, jQuery , Bootstrap, Angular JS, VBScript, ASP/ ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET
- Strong concepts and working knowledge of database design and writing T- SQL queries, stored procedures, and DTS/SSIS packages in MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 are essential
- Working Knowledge of SDLC and object oriented analysis and design skills (OOA/OOD)
- Web server/client programming concepts and skills are essential
- Experience of open- source content management systems will be a strong asset.
- Relevant Microsoft Corporation technology certifications shall be encouraged
- Candidates having experience with Angular JS, Bootstrap and HTML5 will be preferred
