Job Purpose : Responsible to lead and manage HR Operations, Payroll & Billing, Benefits Administration and Data management teams in order to deliver superior HR Services to clients. The incumbent will work closely with HR Service delivery manager and HR Service delivery team to ensure efficient HR Service delivery to the clients.
Position Reports to : Manager HR Service Delivery
Qualification Required : MBA / MPA (HRM) from a reputable institution
Professional Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the related field of HR. Out of the total 3-5 years of experience a minimum of recent 1-2 years’ experience in a leadership role.
Principal Accountability :
Provide best in class operational tools to team members which can enable them in smoothly delivering quality HR services to the clients and thus achieving operational excellence at all times
Timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of employee records as per HRSG Outsourcing policy & procedures, government regulations and to the satisfaction of client organization.
Facilitate the Payroll preparation process by providing technical and operational support to team members. Ensure that salaries are disbursed timely and accurately.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to the clients.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times thereby ensuring retention & development of existing clients.
Maintain close coordination with corporate Finance department to monitor the availability of funds in various Bank accounts and initiate the banking operations accordingly in relation to salary disbursement.
Adhere to and ensure compliance of all government regulations applicable to the business.
To assist the team members as a mentor and develop the potential to meet current and future job challenges.
Continuously review the existing systems and procedures to ensure that processes are effective enough to meet the current and future business requirements.
Suggest improvement to the concerned stakeholders to bring innovation in the business processes.
Core Skills & Essentials to Meet Job Expectations :
Demonstrates good verbal and written communication
Able to write client ready documents and ongoing communications
Demonstrate active listening, critical thinking, Decision Making, Problem solving, sound judgment and persuasion skills
Must have experience with matured automated systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint) multiple client systems and Internet research
