CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To maximize production and thereby profit of the farm by planning and organizing all farm functional activities within assigned areas of responsibility and making the most efficient use of all resources at this disposal. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Bachelor degree in Agriculture or equivalent qualification. NON ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 5 years professional experience in the management of dairy herds.
