Senior Manager, Customer Experience
Description
The primary responsibility of the Customer Experience Manager is to:
- Coordinate will all divisions within Emaar Group to optimize the interaction at all touchpoint with our varied set of customers.
- Use analytics to reduce steps in all current processes
- Use digital technology to automate as much as possible the touch points with the customers to make sure they have different channels to interact with us. As such, the Customer Experience Manager provides functional, technical or process leadership.
Qualifications
- Master Degree in Marketing, Customer Centric fields
- 10 years in various industry (experience in Hospitality, Retail, Real Estate a preference)
- The perfect candidate should have a mix of customer analytics as well as customer experience proficiency.
- Outstanding communication skills. Should work under little supervision.
- Empathy, willingness to support/ help, the customer relationship should be almost an obsession to make sure the customer has the best possible experience when interacting with our different products or services.
- Proficient in English (Arabic is preferred)
