10 years of experience. GCC experience preferred
Architectural degree from a reputable university
Track record of projects completed in residential / industrial buildings sector preferably with good steel structures knowledge
Able to adapt detailed architectural drawings into shop drawings
Able to provide solutions and carry out designs / drawings for architectural finishing details where required
Able to produce detailed and for construction architectural drawings
Track record of effective multi disciplinary design management for every stage of design development life cycle
Effective design coordination abilities in between different disciplines
Proficiency in Autocad and Microsoft Office is a must. 3D Studio knowledge is preferable
High Literacy in English Language is a must. Arabic as a second language is preferred
Must be willing to develop skills in the design and implementation of Light Gauge Steel Structures.
