The Opportunity
The Senior Accounting Officer (Farming) will effectively manage the accounting, management, and financial records of the farm by implementing company policies and procedures, outlining areas for improvements, advising farm management on key issues on possible cost savings, and ensuring that appropriate internal controls are working to safeguard company’s assets.
In order to be considered, a candidate must have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
- 5+ years’ work experience, with bookkeeping background; Knows the accrual method of accounting fairly well..
- Must be computer literate, good knowledge of excel spreadsheet.
- Should have good command of English, both written and oral.
- Must be a Dynamic, aggressive and articulate.
- Should have ability to inter-act and mingle with other nationalities professionally; Self-confident, mature in actions, dedicated.
