The Opportunity
The SAP Functional Analyst (Corporate) will facilitate the assigned SAP Module to Almarai business community by ensuring the full system functionality support to the business process in providing solutions, reliable support, business value added training, enhancing the system, effectively utilize and obtaining the maximum system benefits, and provide and maintain a high Service Level based on agreed SLA with business. To ensure confidentiality and integrity of the SAP application by designing appropriate security matrix and adequate input/output controls based on business needs.
In order to be considered, a candidate must have the following:
- Proven knowledge and skills demonstrated through 5+ years of core SAP BI experience, involving various tools (i.e. BW, BO and BODS)
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP BW involving BO reporting is a must
- Should be well versed in designing and implementing BW data flows and objects (InfoCubes, DSO, InfoSets, Transformations, Multi-cubes etc.)
- Solid understanding of custom BW development involving generic extraction and experience in using LO cockpit based extractors
- Ability to program customer exits and transformation routines using ABAP
- Expert knowledge of working with BEx tools (Query designer, Analyzer)
- Expert in designing and maintaining process chains
- Good knowledge of BO tools and integration between BW and BO
- Experience of developing BO reports and dashboards on top of BW using various connectors
- User access management using authorizations and roles
- Experience in using Open Hub destinations and data provisioning to third party systems (data services etc.)
- Experience in using Analysis process designer (APD) would be an advantage
- Exposure and hands on experience of SAP BODS ETL
- Working knowledge of SAP BPC would be an advantage
- Exposure and working knowledge of SAP HANA would be a huge plus.
