The Business Development Executive will play a vital role in planning and delivering business development services through a variety of strategies to support the growth and expansion of Lamudi. You are a hunter; a dynamic and results-driven individual in the Business to Business Sales arena, who thrives in a competitive environment. Your role is to utilize your professional selling skills to generate leads, cultivate client relationships and to offer innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce.com development experience, with a focus on Apex and Visualforce.
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com and Visualforce / The Visionary Boutique
  • Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs and APEX Triggers
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com development including creation of standard and custom objects and fields, reports & dashboards
  • Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production environments and addressing issues related to functionality, integration, and deployment
  • Data structures, data modeling, and db schema is where you feel comfortable
  • Even external data from multiple sources you can integrate and leverage in the CRM environment
  • You know how to manage multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
  • You are able to supply alternative solutions, determine trade-offs and analyse impacts
  • Knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies

Qualifications

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, CRM and other related software
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills;
  • Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as a part of a team;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Professional self-starter, high level of motivation; customer empathy and ethics
