Nuclear Institute for Agriculture and Biology (NIAB)
Nuclear Institute for Agriculture and Biology (NIAB), Faisalabad, is a research and development center functioning under the auspices of Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission. The project was approved by Government of Pakistan in 1967. Research activity was started in 1970 and the institute was formally inaugurated on April 6, 1972. From the outset, the mandate was to create and maintain new genetic material for sustained agriculture development and to conduct research on applied problems in the field of agriculture and biology using nuclear and other related techniques.
Walk In Interview:
Services of Research Associate on contract basis under project PARB-379 entitled” Developing guide lines tor improving water use efficiency and testing of locally developed water soluble fertilizers under drip irrigation system for various crop” at this Institute are required. The qualifications, experience and age required for the post are as under:-
Research Associate:
Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry / Soil Science) with 05 years experience in fertilizer development.
Pay: Rs. 60000/- p.m. (Fixed)
Period: One year (Extendable)
Candidates will have to undergo interview by a Selection Board. No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.
Those who fulfill the required qualification may walk in for interview with original/photocopies of academic qualifications/experience documents, National Identity Card and two passport size photographs at 0830 A.M on 10-06-2015 at NIAB, Faisalabad. No TA/ DA will be paid.
