The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, this role will be based at the head office in Dubai and will have an overall accountability for and ownership of vehicles wholesale and retail in the assigned Market. You will manage and support the dealerships to achieve the companys targets as well as put in place effective actions in case of deviations from the plan and analyzing the data and reporting the findings to management. Main role would involve planning 3/5 years strategy and investment with dealers in the region, dealership support, sales performance analysis of dealerships. Working directly with the Product management team to keep abreast of competitor’s pricing and market activity to stay ahead of the curve.
The Person
– Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in Automotive Sales preferably with an Automotive Manufacturer at a regional level
– Planning and Analysis experience would be an advantage
– Exposure to Middle East markets and having managed dealerships would be a plus
– Travel involved in the role would be about 50%
