Job Opportunities:

1- Regional Coordinator (Bahawalpur)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the regional TB Project Teams for case detection, trainings, chest camps and project activities. Implement organizational policies, procedures and systems in the region

Job Specification:

Medical graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in managing community health projects. Candidates must have excellent communication, administrative and managerial skills besides proficiency in MS-Office. Extensive travelling will be required

2- Assistant Manager, Community Health (Karachi, Rawalpindi, Lahore and Bahawalpur)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit and train potential health care providers for the TB Project Network Provide technical support Manage chest camps to identify TB patients Ensure supply of medicine to the patients and field monitoring

Job Specification:

Medical graduate with excellent presentation and training skills. Clinical experience in general / chest medicine. Extensive travelling for providing technical support to the doctors and staff will be required

3- Community Health Officer (CHO)

Key Responsibilities:

Help identify and detect TB patients by conducting community awareness sessions and refer them to the clinics and labs. Ensure follow-ups with the patients for treatment completion. Visit clinics for effective data management and implementation of the program

Job Specification:

A graduate with good knowledge of the regional languages / local territories and prior work experience in community health projects. Must have personal conveyance for extensive field travelling

4- MIS Officer (Islamabad and Bahawalpur)

Key Responsibilities:

Data management and entering project activities into the MIS application. Generate reports, inventory management and day-to-day office administration.

Job Specification:

A graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Excellent typing speed, preferably 35 WPM. Good command on MS-Office is mandatory

5- Project Assistant (Islamabad)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle routine administrative matters including event management and project filing Compile reports and presentations

Job Specification:

A graduate with 2 years of experience in handling routine administrative jobs. Good communication skills and command on MS-Office. Candidates with prior experience of project management will be preferred

6- Admin & Finance Officer (Bahawalpur)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, check and process miscellaneous expenses / vouchers for reimbursements / payments Maintain petty cash and bank reconciliation Keep records and handle administrative tasks

Job Specification:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with good command on MS-Office and customized financial applications

7- Assistant Manager, IT (Islamabad)

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordination, data management and reporting at regional and national levels Ensure authentic MIS reports for analysis and reporting. Identify and diagnose troubleshooting in hardware, software and network problems

Job Specification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT with minimum 2 years of hand-on experience of configuring hardware, network setups, software installations, configuration and troubleshooting.
