The Company
My client, one of the leading developers and operators of power and water desalination plants across the GCC, Eastern Europe and North Africa, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Professional to manage the recruitment of their International Division.




The Role
The key responsibilities for the role include, organising all of the recruitment functions including the manpower forecasting, sourcing, pre-screening, through to final selection. Manage the process in line with budgets and ensure that all vacancies are filled with the appropriate calibre of candidates to meet the job requirements.rn

Review the manpower forecast for each department/project
Develop a recruitment plan and scheduling the recruitment activity of staff based on the agreed manpower forecast
Develop recommendations for improving the recruitment program
Source potential candidates on the company database or through International Recruitment agencies
Develop and maintain a network of Recruitment Search Firms who can fulfil the company’s recruitment needs as and when required
Ensure that the recruitment service providers agreement is matching the company policies and reviewed frequently
Complete job offer negotiation with candidates in order to arrive at mutually agreeable terms
Organise the dispatch of the job offer and receipt of the acceptance
Arrange all of the travel plans for the candidates that are required to travel to the host country
Organise the meet and greet arrangement for new recruits at the airport including preliminary hotel or accommodation stay
Identify the competency gap for their subordinate personnel and implement necessary actions
Identification and control hazards in assigned work area
Keep the senior management aware of the legalisation issues/matters for each country to ensure the smoothest recruitment process
The Person
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,rn

Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related fields
Ideally 8+ years of recruitment experience (5 in the region)
Awareness of quality, occupational health and safety and environment management
Knowledge of local labour laws
Strong interpersonal understanding
Excellent teamwork skills and cooperation
Very well able to work under increasing pressure, to strict timelines, budgets etc.
