As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the complete recruitment life-cycle from understanding and gathering the requirements of the Hiring Managers until the start of the new employee. You will be the driven force of the sourcing strategy, manage interviews and offers. You will also propose innovative solutions to build and expand Saudi Readymix brand through the use of Social Medias in recruitment.
As a Recruiter no work day will be the same and you will always keep learning, develop your skills and build your experience.
Your positive attitude and great motivation to develop your skills will be important in this challenging but rewarding position. You also ought to have excellent communication skills and can communicate at all levels, including Senior Management. You should speak fluently English and Arabic.
