CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To manage certain electrical projects ensuring compliance with Almarai’s objectives and strategy.
ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Degree in Electrical Engineering. NON ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Strong interpersonal skills, Results driven individual, English fluency. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 5 years minimum experience in project management, Electrical project management experience in the Electrical construction with specific project experience in food/dairy industry, Contract management. COMPETENCIES: 33 KV Sub-Station Switching and Earthing Procedures, 33-13.8 KV – 13.8 KV – 380 Volt Step-Down Transformer and Safety Features, 13.8 KV Switchboards Form 4 B Specifications, Familiar with IEE Regulation 17th Edition, Cable sizing with correction factors, Motor starting methods DOL-Star Delta – VLT – Soft start, Industrial – commercial and domestic installation types, Knowledge of fire alarm – telephone systems, PLC and SCADA systems, Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project, Manage task orientated groups, Well developed planning skills, Ability to work within stringent financial, quality and time-bound targets, Team player with a high level of self-initiative. Ability to develop staff, Results oriented, Technically very competent, Strong communicator with ability to influence, Pro-active results driven management style, Strong inter-personal communication skills.
Industrial Automation design , maintenance related experience at Managerial level in Dairy or Food environment with detailed knowledge of Process , Packing control and Implementation of advanced Process Automation systems and controls.
