Job Details
The Pre-Sales Executive works towards prospecting and approaching new and old customers, for the company’s
products, and conducting a thorough need analysis of the customers’ requirements. It is also the job of a Pre-
Sales Executive to conduct demonstrations of the company’s products as per the client’s needs, and working
closely with the Sales Team in securing the client. The Pre-Sales Executive also conducts regular and persistent
follow ups with leads and clients to ensure that meetings are arranged and continued satisfaction of current
clients, and networking with existing clients to secure new leads. Job Description
1. understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet
those needs;
2.identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls;
3. cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and
arrange meetings;
4. pursuing leads with repetitive follow ups to ensure meetings are set up
5. visiting client offices and stores to network and seek leads
6. meeting their weekly, monthly and yearly targets for calls, visits, and meetings
7. preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and
confidently;
8. marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through
attending industry events;
9. maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and
peripherals;
10.  providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems
and networks, both before and after the sale;
11. meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets;
12. networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and
upgrades;
13. responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature;
14. managing your own diary in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals;
15. contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.

Requirements
Accountabilities and Performance Measures
Achieves assigned meetings and sales quotas.
Achieves product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, or account base.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Completes required development objectives within the assigned time frame. Our Requirement:
She Should be able to Speak either Arabic or Russian in addition to English
Previous sales experience is not a must but will be an advantage (training will be provided)
Student currently in Undergraduate or Graduate programmes are welcome
