As a Pastry Chef, you are mainly responsible for maitaining a prepared and sanitary work area at all times and making sure that pastry is prepared to the exact specifications of the Chef and the client, and cooking all pastry necessary to start serving according to recipes, specifications and instructions focusing on accuracy, ingredients, presentation, cleanliness and timing.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma from a Culinary school or a related field, or solid proven experience
