- Candidates must have Bachelors degree from HEC recognized university.
- Candidates having MBA / Degree in Islamic Banking and Finance will be preferred.
- For Manager Level candidates must have at least 03-06 years of full-fledged commercial banking experience in a similar position.
- For Officer Level candidates must have 02 years of full-fledged commercial banking experience in a similar role.
- Candidates must have excellent computer, communication and people management skills.
- Candidates must have age up to 35 years for Officer level and up to 45 years for Manager level, relaxable in extraordinary cases.
