Customer Services & After-sales Manager: (Lahore & Karachi)
MBA (5 years experience in managing after-sales operations and service contracts)
You will use your effective management capabilities with strong presentation & interpersonal skills to oversee the after-sales operations, assuring high level of customer satisfaction as well as service revenue growth. Functions include developing, presenting, negotiating and closing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and training and developing after-sales team.
