The Role
You will already be a Medical Field Manager within an infant formulas or a time served healthcare medical representative familiar with baby food products operations. The role encompasses leading a multi-skilled medical sales team to promotes use of and selling infant formulas and baby food products to physicians, hospitals, polyclinics, maternity hospitals, primary healthcare centres and related pharmacies within your assigned territory, by performing the following duties: – Medical detailing and distribution of promotional materials amongst target audience. – Medical detailing, selling to pharmacies related to hospitals and polyclinics. – Organizing scientific meetings, participation in relevant scientific activities and customer sponsorship. – Ensuring good customer service in the most efficient manner adhering strictly to company trade, quality, safety policies & code of conduct.
Essential requirements [applicants without the following will not be considered]
Medical or Pharma Bachelor degree graduate.
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in relevant field.
Demonstrated success in leading the development and implementation of formulation projects from ideation to successful transition into commercial production.
Thorough experience of innovation and portfolio management.
Understanding of and experience with spray drying, dry powder blending, conveying and filling processing.
