This position is responsible for providing vision, leadership, planning, project coordination, and management for the development of a cost-effective Human Resource Management System while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization. Responsible for analyzing and directing all functional related activities within the scope of the Human Resources Management System.
We expect the ideal candidate to have a bachelor degree in HR or related field with a minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience. You will also build strong relationships with the other departments and have good communication skills and good ability to manage the employees relations.
