The National Accountability Bureau is Pakistan’s apex anti-corruption organization. It is charged with the responsibility of elimination of corruption through a holistic approach of awareness, prevention and enforcement. It operates under the National Accountability Ordinance-1999. With its headquarter at Islamabad, it has four regional offices in the provincial capitals and one at Rawalpindi. It takes cognizance of all offences falling within the National Accountability Ordinance (NAO).

2	Assistant Director	17	58	MBA (Finance)/ MBA (Accounts)/CA with second class or grade C, M. Com/ M. Sc. Economics/ Statistics/ Inter CA with 04 years of article ship after B. Com/ BBA or 1st class or grade B  Bachelor’s degree along with LLB/ LLM/ Bar at Law from recognized university/ college of Law with experience in the relevant field preferable.	20 – 35 years
3	Jr. Investigation Officer	16	45	1st class or grade B  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Commerce/ Economics/ Statistics/ Law from any recognized university or 1st class or grade B  Bachelor’s degree along with ACMA/ Inter CA with experience in the relevant field preferable.	18 – 33 years
4	Stenographer	16	04	Second class or grade C Bachelor’s degree with 100 WPM shorthand & 50 WPM typing speed and experience in the relevant field preferable.	18 – 30 years
