Job Description:
• Implementation of laid down administrative / HR polices.
• To develop the strategy and work plan for resource mobilization To prepare and analyse monthly reports and returns.
• To ensure congenial working environment and maintenance of discipline at Factory premises.
• To liaison with local administration / Govt departments of revenue, land, excise & taxation, Road Transport , Police , EOBI , Social Security , Labour Welfare etc.
• To deal with legal matters, Housekeeping, Horticulture, Industrial labour management issues, Hostel, Canteen, Transport, Dispensary, Land cases, Health and Environment, Security / Safety etc.
• To provide administrative support to all Departments in execution of their respective work activities.
• Recruitment and induction of staff to fill vacant positions as per SOP.
• To implement orientation policy in respect of newly inducted employees.
• Dealing with disciplinary cases in accordance with company policy and provisions of relevant labour laws.
