Other Duties and responsibilities:
- Inspecting founding where foods are cooked, handled and stored.
- Enforcing implementing standards of sanitation, and investigating sanitary conditions and health and hygiene habits of persons handling employee meals.
- Conducting food safety audits regarding food safety program implementation, pest control guidelines, catering operational methods and personnel practices, and ensuring food safety and cleaning practices implementation.
- Preparing a written report concerning all issues of observations and corrective actions that should be taken.
- Coordinating first aid, fire, medical and other HSE related rescue operations and facilitate efficient execution of emergency response.
- B.Sc. Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental science or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of years of relevant experience
- Good written, read and spoken Arabic and English Languages
