An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group in our Infant Food business – IPNC – International Pediatric Nutrition Company.

The Role


We are looking for a high caliber individual with a strong marketing background in Infant Formula. Your role will be to manage and enhance the IPNC products by developing and implementing structured, coordinated, strategic plans in line with the Company’s overall goals and objectives.

You will also have significant management experience to ensure the marketing department is sufficiently structured and resourced to achieve company targets in terms of market share, volume and profit growth.

Along with this you will be expected to contribute, as part of the executive committee, in determining the Company’s future plans and operating procedures.


Desirable Experience


We are looking for a Degree Qualified seasoned Marketing Professional. You will need to have at least 15 years experience in marketing in a Blue-Chip FMCG company – five of which should be in Infant Formula. A strong leader with the ability to manage a multi-culturally diverse high performing team in the Middle East.

  • Managing marketing department of 10 employees.
  • Responsible for marketing budget of $4 million USD.
  • Chair margin enhancement, quality and marketing meetings.
  • Liaise with Almarai marketing management on the alignment of marketing activities.
  • Ensure strong lines of communication with the Sales Division.

    Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes

  • Managerial skill that helps to oversee the efficient performance of day-to-day activities in his marketing areas by monitoring the compliance of individuals to procedures on Advertising, Promotional activities, packaging selection and designing POS. etc.
  • Sound technical skills to prepare, implement and monitor of budgets. Understand issues of Margin analysis, Product costing etc.
  • Good knowledge of identifying the training need of subordinates.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing.
  • Able to analyse and interpret information.
  • Creative ability.
  • Good team player and hard working.
  • Pleasant personality and good networking skills.
  • Assessment techniques of examining, questioning, evaluating, and reporting marketing performance.
  • Technical: Read and understand technical and non-technical documents as related to the marketing and contracts for the Company’s products.
