Head of Cash Management (Head Office, Karachi)
- Job Profile:
- Developing, planning and executing business strategies for payment and collection solutions.
- Originating and managing relationships with the existing and new clients.
- Managing and motivating sales team in order to provide effective and efficient cash management services to customers.
- Retaining and growing existing customer portfolio to positively effect the bottom line.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Skills Required:
- Proven track record in financial services sales.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Educational Background & Experience:
- Masters level education in Finance or Marketing.
- 10 years experience in Cash Management and Payment Services in a commercial bank with 5 years in a leadership role.
