The Opportunity
Reporting to the Hr manager for corporate services, you will be responsible for supporting all business functions and Hr partners in the design and implementation of a companywide learning and talent development program. Working in conjunction with internal and external L&D providers and through the use of specialist systems, you will be instrumental in the creation of a competency enhancing learning environment together with the assessment and further development of high potential [ HIPO] managers.
The ideal candidate will currently work in a similar role with a verifiable history of catalysing and managing change across L&D functions together with the creation and management of talent programmes for HIPO employees. With over 37,000 members of staff as potential customers applicants will have comparable exposure to be considered for this challenging role
Essential Requirements
- A degree holder within a HR or L&D related major
- A min of 15 year’s experience within a corporate L&D function
- A min of 5 years’ experience at senior managerial level within a corporate L&D function
- Significant experience in the creation and implementation of technology based L&D and talent management programs
- A certified L&D professional with a recognised accreditation
- A qualification in industrial psychology or psychology is desirable
- A verifiable record of implementing and delivering TM programs specifically for senior management HIPO employees [ up to and including C-Grade]
- Prior experience of catalysing and managing learning based change across an employee base of at least 10,000 employees preferably within a manufacture environment
