The Opportunity
The Product Development Technologist I will Manage and execute the Laboratory, Pilot plant and production trials in Coordination with pilot plant and Product development manager and also to carry out pre-determined range of Physico-chemical, Microbial and Organoleptic test required to monitor quality parameters from raw materials through to finished product.
Only applicants that match the following experience will be considered:
- Bachelor’s Degree qualified (Biotechnology / Science, Quality)
- English fluency.
- Computer literate.
- Highly quality conscious with a good awareness of general quality, ISO and HAACCP procedures.
