National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK), a leading International Engineering Consultancy Company requires the services of the following categories (on contract basis):

BUILDING SERVICES DIVISION:

1. SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERS:

B.Sc Mechanical Engineering having 5 to 15 years experience in design & supervision of HVAC systems. Candidates with design and installation experience relevant to elevators/escalators, fire fighting systems will be given preference.

2. SENIOR OPERATION & MAINTENANCE (O&M) ENGINEERS

B.Sc Mechanical Engineering having 5 to 15 years hands on O&M experience in HVAC systems. Candidates with additional design and installation experience relevant to elevators/escalators, fire fighting systems will be given preference.

3. JUNIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

B.Sc Mechanical Engineering having upto 3 years experience relevant to atleast one discipline of Building Services (HVAC, fire fighting, elevators/escalators).

POWER & MECHANICAL DIVISION:

1. RAILWAY E&M SYSTEMS SPECIALIST-MECHANICAL

B.Sc Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering having atleast 10 years experience in all contemporary                E&M train systems including VVVF controlled AC traction drive and control systems for rolling stock. Candidates must be able to demonstrate required experience in evaluating design and specifications for procurement of the same. Familiarity with relevant Chinese standards will be an added advantage.

2. RAILWAY E&M SYSTEMS SPECIALIST- ELECTRICAL

B.Sc Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering having atleast 10 years experience in all contemporary Electrical & Electronic Train systems for train operation, monitoring and control including signaling and its auxiliary systems. Candidates must be able to demonstrate required experience in evaluating design and specifications for procurement of the same. Familiarity with relevant Chinese standards will be an added advantage.

WATER RESOURCES DIVISION:

1. IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

B.Sc Civil/Irrigation/Agriculture Engineering preferably M.Sc in Water Resources having atleast 20 years experience in the field of water resources particularly in rules, regulation and procedures of water allocation and water distribution among provinces in the light of water apportionment accord 1991 and Indus River System Authority’s (IRSA) rules . The candidate may also possess experience in developing Decision Support System (DSS) for optimization of irrigation system operation and management, devising canal rotational plans in the light of water availability, requirements and other system constraints in Punjab Irrigation System. Candidates with PhD in Civil/Water Resources Engineering will be an additional advantage.

2. HYDRAULIC MODELLING EXPERT

B.Sc Civil/Irrigation/Agriculture Engineering having atleast 15 years experience in the field of water resources particularly in hydraulic modeling of irrigation canals. Candidates may also demonstrate their involvement in the complete life cycle of hydraulic modeling of irrigation canals starting from development of model, calibration/validation and simulation for optimal operation of irrigation canals.

ARCHITECTURE & PLANNING DIVISION (KARACHI):

1. PRINCIPAL ENGINEER (CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT)

B.Sc Civil Engineering having atleast 15 years experience as Resident Engineer/Project Manager in building projects. The candidates must be fully conversant with Construction Management & Project Management tools such as Project Scheduling, Prima Vera. PMP Certification will be preferred.

GEOTECHNICAL & GEOENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING DIVISION:

1. SENIOR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS:

B.Sc Civil Engineering preferably M.Sc/MS in Geotechnical Engineering having 5 to 12 years relevant design experience of Dams & Hydropower Projects.

2. SENIOR GEOLOGISTS:

B.Sc/M.Sc Engineering Geology equivalent to 16 years of education having atleast 5 years experience in geotechnical investigations, tunneling and quality control/assurance of construction materials on construction of dams, irrigation and hydropower projects.

3. JUNIOR GEOLOGISTS:

B.Sc/M.Sc Engineering Geology equivalent to 16 years of education having upto 5 years experience in geotechnical investigations, tunneling and quality control/assurance of construction materials on construction of dams, irrigation and hydropower projects.

Suitably qualified candidates from HEC recognized universities may apply online. Applications other than online shall not be accepted. Candidates having 1 year or less experience will have to go through NTS examination. The last date of submission is November 23, 2015. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
