- Director Programme
Qualification: Ph. D or Masters in Agricultural Sciences with minimum of five years relevant experience of Social Development. Knowledge of rural areas and agriculture is compulsory.
- Program Officer (Women Empowerment)
Qualification: Master degree in Gender and Development with knowledge of women in agricultures development projects. Minimum two years relevant experience.
- Program Officer (Research & Advocacy)
Qualification: Masters degree in Agriculture Economics with minimum two year relevant experience in agricultural issues and related advocacy knowledge research.
- Program Officer (Livelihood & Agriculture)
Qualification: MA/ MSc in Social Sciences with understanding of agricultural issues. 2 years experience of working with communities.
- Finance Officer (South Punjab)
Qualification: MBA/ Master degree in Finance & 2 years relevant experience.
- Field Coordinators
Qualification: MSc Agriculture/ Agricultural Economics/ Rural Sociology with relevant experience of social development knowledge of rural areas.
- Village Coordinators
Qualification: BA/ FA with minimum 2 years experience of working with rural communities.
- Receptionist
Qualification: Masters degree with 2 years relevant experience.
