Customer Service Representative – Tetra Pak – Lahore

Tetra PakThe position will be key operative contact for all Production Material and Additional Material order fulfillment related aspects. The incumbent will act as core member of the Key Account Management team. Responsible to drive continuous improvement on service level and customer loyalty (Supply Chain related), while securing proper supply chain integration and efficiency. The CSR develops the Supply Chain Production Material / Additional Material related parts of the account plan in agreement with the Key Account Manager an according to Supply Chain Production Material / Additional Material strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure supply chain of packaging material for one of our customers
  • Including order management, design administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics.
  • Being member of Key Account Team understand customer’s supply chain and design supply chain packaging material account plan
  • Identify and drive ‘easy to do business’ strategy according to customer’s needs and profile; VMI, E business, Execute all order management and design administration activities.
  • Lead / Participate in continuous improvement projects in supply chain.
  • Provide supply chain expertise to support new product development / launch
  • Identify supply chain improvement projects with mutual benefits (both for the customer and for Tetra Pak) and have the ability to lead them and deliver results.
  • Thorough understanding of forecasting, sale operation planning. Must be able to deliver on committed forecast as confirmed by Sales.
  • Able to fully utilize the different tools (BO, Orbis, Sales Manual) for timely extraction of information and sharing with interested internal stake holders.
  • Able to see the big picture and highlight issue well in advance.

 

Qualification                        MBA Or Engineering Degree

Experience                           At least one year experience in Customer Services
