Core Responsibilities | (1) Attend & provide timely response to customers regarding Customer queries related to Sales / Marketing / After Sales.
(2) Attend & register complaints. (3) Post Service follow-up for FFI, SFI, NVD & 2W warranty registration data. (4) FFI, SFI, NVD & 2W warranty registration data feeding. (5) Attend & register customers complain regarding Off-Road services. (6) Coordination with dealers & customers for timely resolution of complains. (7) 2W Dealer Owners & Servoce Manager follow up regarding service related issue. |
