Our client a leading consumer retailer is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team.
The Role
The CRM manager will be a specialist in the area of analytical Customer Relationship Management with a particular focus on delivering actionable customer insights and customer value analysis. In addition, the CRM manager, will take ownership of customer loyalty & retention and the management of loyalty programs to meet revenue targets.
The Person
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Experience of working in CRM management position
- Achievements of specific CRM projects and analysis
- 8 years working experience directly related to this role.
- Bachelor degree.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
