High Profile Positions in Financial Sector:
Our client, Pakistan Mortgage Refinance Company (PMRC), is the first entity of its kind in Pakistan which will provide long term liquidity of Mortgage Lenders. Further, PMRC will also be extending operations in capital market through issuance of Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS). They are seeking to induct highly qualified and dynamic professionals for the positions of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Chief Executive Officer:
– Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will spearhead the organization for the achievement of short and long term objectives. The CEO will lead the development and implementation of corporate strategy, oversee operations, approve operational procedures, polices and standards. Moreover the incumbent will plan, develop and implement strategies for generating revenues, evaluate performance of team etc. The ideal candidate would be a Masters in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or Finance. He/she should be minimum 45 years in age having about 20 years of relevant experience in progressively responsible positions. The candidate should have strong knowledge and understanding of Pakistani banking and financial sector, fixed income market, bond structuring, mortgage backed securities and mortgage products.
