The Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development was created in, July 2013, from a merger of Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Ministry of Human Resource Development, with the vision to promote export of pakistani manpower abroad, elevate the living conditions of working class and secure the decent working conditions for them. The area of its activities encompasses the management of labour relations, social security,socio-economic up lift of working class and the export of Pakistni manpower abroad.
Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development is in charge of discovering new socio-economic avenues which will in turn give benefits to the working class of Pakistn. Mangement of Labour relations are its prime responsibilities. The ministry works in close coordinations with provincial governments, worksers and employers organizations and concerned international agencies.
