Manager Operations IT – Karachi · Managing a team of customer services staff · Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers · Providing help and advice to customers using aos products & Services · Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face · Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants · Analyzing statistics/other data to determine the level of customer service aos is providing · Developing feedback and complaints procedures for customers to use · Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service · Leading/supervising a team of customer service staff · Maintain high standard of office ethics and decisions. · Look after of all office maintenance task. · Maintaining staff performance regarding office ethics. Coordinating with Head Office Lahore for procurement and approval related matters and for implementation of same standards at Karachi office |
